Are you writing poetry, and looking to develop your craft and work towards publication?

Led by poet Sophia Blackwell, this day event at Bloomsbury Publishing's London offices offers a programme of masterclasses and panel discussions to help you move your writing forwards. Masterclasses will be delivered by Sophia and guest poet Vanessa Kisuule, covering craft and clarity, building poems through the writing process and the editing process.

In the afternoon you'll get the chance to find out how to get your poetry out there, from taking it onto the stage to getting your work published, and the different publication options you might want to consider. You'll hear from editors and agent – Amy Acre (Bad Betty Press), Jess Chandler (Prototype Press) and Olivia Davies (United Agents) – who will share their insight and advice, and answer your questions.
