The Writing Room is Apples and Snakes’ foremost skills development programme for writers aged 18-25 – and applications are now open for 2021.

Our goal with this free programme is to provide a creative, nurturing and challenging training environment for emerging poets.

Over the course of six workshops, participants will improve their writing, develop their craft and hone their skills – this year, under the guidance of international poet, performer and facilitator Deanna Rodger.
