Join us for London’s biggest spoken word night!

Jawdance is an institution on the spoken word scene and a regular Rich Mix highlight. This year it celebrates its 10th anniversary with a programme of acclaimed feature acts, up-and-coming artists and its renowned open mic.

January’s Jawdance features a headline set from the legendary Roger Robinson, nominated for the 2019 TS Eliot prize. He is supported by Amani Saeed, whose work has been described as strident and brave, and Great Northern Slam winner Richard Boggie. Hosted by the inimitable Yomi Ṣode.

How it works: Sign up on the night from 7-7.30pm to enter your name into the open mic draw. 10 slots, maximum 3 minutes each, selected at random. What have you got to lose?

Please note: The number of £2 tickets available for each Jawdance event is limited.
