- Gboyega Odubanjo
Gboyega was born and raised in east London and is an editor of bath magg. He is the author of two poetry pamphlets, While I Yet Live (Bad Betty Press, 2019) and Aunty Uncle Poems (Smith|Doorstop, 2021). - Jake Wild Hall
Jake is one half of Bad Betty Press, the founder of OOIPP fest, one fifth of Boomerang Club and winner of the PBH 2016 Spirit Of The Free Fringe Award. He has performed on BBC Radio and at festivals and literary events across the UK, including touring his debut pamphlet Solomon’s World—longlisted for Best Pamphlet in the 2018 Saboteur Awards. He co-edited anthologies The Dizziness of Freedom and Alter Egos (Bad Betty Press, 2018 and 2019). He is a multiple slam champion and his work has been published in magazines, anthologies and online journals. His second pamphlet Blank is out with Bad Betty now. - Reece Lyons
Reece is an award winning transgender actress, writer and poet based in London. She has performed her work extensively throughout the UK, on stages varying from London Pride to The Royal Albert Hall and has worked with organisations such as Sky Arts, Audible and Amazon Prime. In 2019/20, she was selected to be a resident artist at The Roundhouse, where her work has previously gone viral and has been watched by over 4 million people online. Her writing was most recently anthologised by Cecilia Knapp in Everything is Going to be alright: Poems for When you Really Need Them, published by Trapeze. In 2020/21, she was cast as the lead role in Travis Alabanza’s one woman show, ‘Overflow’. A hilarious and devastating tour of women’s bathrooms which debuted at the Bush Theatre to critical acclaim and was later streamed online in over 22 countries. In 2022, Reece won an Off West End Theatre Award (OFFIE) for her Lead Performance in the show. Reece is currently represented by Charlotte Boden at The Queer House.
