The Tees Women Poets is a performance poetry collective for women who live or work in Teesside.
We run two events every month – a writing group and a performance club – at ARC Arts Centre in Stockton, where we have access to theatre space, full PA and lighting rig for extra excitement.
Since forming in 2012, the group has written and performed commissioned pieces at festivals and in major art galleries, and curated its own events.
Writing Group: every 1st Tuesday of the month, 6-8pm @ Drake Bookshop
Sharing Group: every 4th Saturday, 4-6pm @ ARC, Stockton
