Synergy Slam Poets Workshop Programs are two unique rolling, go-at-you-own-pace courses with Poets Built It online community. They explore the dynamics of the synergy of nature’s response and ability to adapt to sweeping urbanization.
Using the themes of soil, earth and trees, participants will be able to enjoy a shared space with fellow poets interested in being glocal citizens through their writing practice–that of EcoPoetry.

SOIL & EARTH: The health of the soil is the health of the Earth.
Also, through discussion and creative writing prompts, we uncover the many ways humans are the bridge between the two worlds – of nature and the human-made.
Using poetry spoken word and storytelling, we celebrate the natural world in big towns and cities.
We also ask what ways can humans show up as reciprocal in the part we play in the ecology of the planet, while dwelling in big towns and cities.

How does nature, such as the animal kingdom, the trees and plant- life and the waterways, parks and green areas, adapt and thrive in urban environments.
